• Please return merchandise in the original manufacturer's packaging.
• Please call or e-mail us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before you return your purchase. E-mail your request including the order number to info@almostfreereaders.com. You can contact us by phone at (805) 962-5725 to get an RA number if you prefer.
• You are responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as Almost Free Readers can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.

We ship all orders by USPS First Class Mail for $5.99 (up to 12 frames). Allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery. FedEx Next Day Air for only $36.95 is available for all orders within the United States including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. Shipping to Canada is ONLY $9.99 via USPS Air Mail Letter Post.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days after the order is received and approval of credit card or receipt of payment.
